Semester Structure
The academic year is organised into two main semesters with a shorter inter-session. Admission intakes are offered at the start of each semester.
- January Intake — applications close early December
- May Intake — applications close early April
- September Intake — applications close early August
- Orientation week precedes each semester
Important Dates
- Semester registration — first two weeks of semester
- Mid-semester examinations — week 7
- End-of-semester examinations — weeks 15-16
- Results release — within 4 weeks after examinations
- Graduation ceremonies — twice per year
